Interface Type: indicates whether PPPoE is to be used or not. Select Standard if ISP is not providing PPPoE connection

IP Address: current IP address of this Interface

Netmask: the netmask to be assigned to this interface

Netmask (Static): assign a static netmask to this interface

Next Hop IP: Provide the next hop IP to this interface. This could be your router address or the address of your gateway. Also, check the box 'Make Default Gateway', if you wish to make the next hop address your default gateway. If not sure, please leave it blank.

Next Hop IP (Static): define the next hop IP.

Next Hop IP (Dynamic): select this option if the ISP allocates a dynamic next hop ip.

Access Concentrator: the PPPoe server name provided by the ISP. (Note: Leave it empty if ISP does not provide a name to you)

Service Name: define the name for the service

User Name: provided by ISP for you to authenticate to the server

Password: provided by ISP for you to authenticate to the server

Interface Bandwidth: bandwidth to be assigned to the interface

MTU: maximum transfer supported by the ISP (Note: Default MTU is 1500, increase or decrease as required)

Note: Please apply the configurations changes to be installed.
